Supreme Court ruling actually gives immunity.

Neither is supposed to give complete immunity,  but the corrupt and partisan Supreme Court ruling did it anyway.

Covid vaccine was claimed to give immunity. (95+%)  But we all know how that went ....lol.

It's unfortunate that there's no way of knowing how many people the Covid shot saved.

And how many it has killed.

I'm betting not nearly as many as it has saved, but you don't want to hear that.

Has the media convinced you that nobody ever claimed the covid jab would give immunity?  They did. I remember, what they claimed.

The media? I did hear Biden say it, but he was wrong and I'm pretty sure you weren't listening to him. And I dont know what media you were seeing. But, the changing effectiveness is based on data. Clinical trials, based on a few thousand people, were 95% effective. But that is not real world application and was talked about as promising,  not a guarantee. As more and more people got the vaccine the numbers changed. And as variants emerged the vaccines had to be changed and the numbers changed. The new variants would emerge first, before the new form of vaccines. This was a fluid situation which is hard for people who only deal in black and white, to grasp. It's called science. And, there is the whole concept of how vaccines work. So anyway,  I guess you think the pandemic went away by magic. Okay, then.

I absolutely know Biden said it and Fauci and others who "are the science."  They told us a lot of things, they knew was wrong at the time. And did not tell us about other things they knew at the time as well.   I remember screaming about those things as well. They knew and they lied to everyone.

He said it would go away...it may take longer but it will go away.  It has gone away.

The Dems did politicize Covid...that is what he was talking about when he referred to it as a hoax.  Not the virus vut but the lies etc by the Dems.

You can compare the rates in many ways.  Trump was comparing the death rate of cases...the HBO guy was comparing per capita death rate.    Claiming, as the title does, that Trump was lying about lower deaths is a perfect example of the covid hoax.

You aren't going to win this argument.  You'll feel better when you stop banging your head against a rock.

You're right, but I knew that going in. It's kind of fun, though to see all the contortions.

I understand completely.  It all depends on how much b.s. I'm willing to take before I stop.

It absolutely DID reduce severity. The first time I had COVID was before the shot became available - it was the pits, cold sweats and i could hardly move. The second time, after the shot, I was hardly sick at all. I just sounded like Isaac Hayes with bronchitis for a couple of days.

You do realize that all viruses get weaker as they mutate....it will not survive it kills all of its hosts.  They get more contagious and less serious.  Also with having it in the past your immune system would NATURALLY make antibodies to fight the virus.

They claimed originally that if you got the shot, you would not get sick.

You do realize that every virus mutation is different and unpredictable,  so your statement is wrong. And you also  realize that antibodies from a past infection will not be as effective against a new variant as a vaccine that targets the variant currently circulating.

Or maybe, you don't understand and don't want to.

No, every mutation was not unpredictable....it did what they do...they get more contagious and less serious.
If it is unpredictable the shot would never be available because it would forever be playing catchup to the newest variant.
Natural immunity is 5x greater than from the shot. And none of the side effects from the clot shot.

It is the scientists who said it.

OK then, I'll go out and try to get some natural immunity since that's what you recommend.

I might point out that your source is one paper about the Delta variant. Here's another paper from that library discussing viruses in general.
