Avocado, a splash of lime juice, a splash of lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, salt, a pinch of dried coriander, a pinch of chilli powder (have to go easy on that for the sake of the grandkids) and a quarter teaspoon of paprika. Yes, I know it's Hungarian. So sue me, the family likes it that way (except for my son who dislikes avocado).
Paprika is good, but a splash of lime juice twice? Coriander is cilantro root...no way in mine.

Dried coriander is the leaves, not the root. And I only use a pinch. Splash of lime, splash of LEMON. Economy, lemon is cheaper.
