What is your guacamole recipe?

Mine: Avocado, chopped red onion and garlic, chili powder, lime juice, chunky salsa and salt. NEVER cilantro. Also, I leave mine chunky, not smooth.

You can have spam, egg, sausage and spam, that's not got much spam in it.

I have some spam in my cupboard.  Used to like but not going to eat it for personal reasons.

Avocado, a splash of lime juice, a splash of lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, salt, a pinch of dried coriander, a pinch of chilli powder (have to go easy on that for the sake of the grandkids) and a quarter teaspoon of paprika. Yes, I know it's Hungarian. So sue me, the family likes it that way (except for my son who dislikes avocado).

Paprika is good, but a splash of lime juice twice? Coriander is cilantro root...no way in mine. This post was edited by Element 99 at August 24, 2024 4:03 PM MDT

Dried coriander is the leaves, not the root. And I only use a pinch. Splash of lime, splash of LEMON. Economy,  lemon is cheaper. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at August 24, 2024 4:03 PM MDT
