I have heard talk about it.
I do not like it. I think we need to go back to the gold standard for our money.

I don't have any cryto or digital assets of any kind.
I have a cousin who is into bitcoin heavily. People place futures bets with him on the value BC will be on a specific day in the future..

I agree, it's one step closer to having a chip in us to buy or sell.  I don't like the idea in any way, shape or form.

I will not have a chip or anything else that requires my alliance to anything other than the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.

It's not something we can ignore, it's already happening.  I can't pretend I understand it, but it seems logical we need some kind of government regulations. I don't know what it means when people say we can't let it go overseas, but that seems to be an issue.

I'm pretty skeptical right now about the politicians who are changing their stance on crypto. I understand there are a lot of donations and lobbyists that might be at work here.

This is becoming a big  issue for the next election so we'll be hearing more about it soon from both sides.

I hope we have a knowledgeable person on this site who can chime in and help people like me understand.

25 nations are already aligned with the idea, are working for a world wide rollout.  They meet again in October 2024.  As a side note On "Redacted" this morning, during an interview, it was disclosed if Trump does not win this election, the U>S. could become a Communist country almost overnight.  This post was edited by Art Lover at August 15, 2024 10:46 AM MDT

I don't like the fact that crypto is unregulated.  You can make enormous profits and lose just as enormously, all within a very short period of time.  Too volatile for me at my age.

I have heard a little bit about it. I also bet digital currency is part of he Project 2025 plan. Cheers!

Project 2025 is NOT Trump's plan. It is Heritage Foundation's ideas that they would like to take place.

Well I didn’t say Project 2025 is Trump’s plan. But now that you mention it – it does have Trump’s MO all over it. Cheers!

He didn't actually do any of the "actual Trump polucies" the first time around, so why is this different?
Veteran homelessness SKYROCKETED during his first term. Deregulation caused the GFC, did nobody learn anything from Bush2's disaster? He didn't "drain the swamp" he just replaced its denizens with bigger, uglier and more dangerous ones. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at August 26, 2024 3:01 AM MDT

If he didn't do anything why are heads exploding about how bad he was and will be again? If he is not able to do it.

The only way we'll know for sure is if Trump gets re-elected and I don't think it's worth the risk. I don't believe Trump has read Project 2025, for no other reason than it's 920 pages with no pictures. Since this is big issue in the campaign and it's deeply unpopular, it disturbs me that he isn't familiar enough with it to speak to how his implementation plans are different. The summaries I have seen floating around the internet are pretty superficial and don't fully represent what is in the Project. Even if Trump is affiliated with Project 2025, he would not be likely to give credit to them for what he says are his own ideas. This undercover video is pretty interesting and raises doubt about the truth of Trump's claim. The man in this video, Russell Vought, is the director of the RNC's platform committee and a co-author of Project 2025. IMO this suggests a connection.

I have seen that video. Project 2025 really worries me. Because depending on who is in the WH it could easily become a reality. Cheers and happy week end!

I have absolutely no doubt that Trump has an idea what's in Project 2025, even if he hasn't actually read it.  When you consider how many of the people who actually wrote it were/are associated with Trump either having been in his administration or advisors to him, there's no doubt in my mind that he's involved in it.

Trump said he knows nothing about Project 2025 and he hadn’t read project 2025 - but he wished them luck. I think that shows how unfit for office he is. Presidents are flooded with info every day and some of the info is a matter of life and death. So to know nothing about certain info but wish it luck is dangerous. A wink is as good as a nod to a blind man. Cheers and happy weekend!

Yeah I think come voting day people should ask themselves who is more likely to implement project 2025 – Harris or Trump. Cheers and happy weekend!
