What will you tell the Detectives when your story doesn’t match up to mine? They just released me, by the way.

Pfft. I'm already sipping espresso martinis at an undisclosed location. There's zero chance they'll locate me, let alone have the chance to interrogate me. Plus, I introduced the lead detective to Benjamin and some of his friends. How else do you think you got sprung? They're not even going to be looking for either of us. *sips martini*

Just like old times! At least you didn’t sell me out by cutting a deal and turning state’s evidence to save your own hide! Welcome back!

I'm unavailable to talk to anyone.  Jane and I are traveling the world promoting our new Peanut Butter/Vegemite spread.  You can catch us on Shark Tank next week, best advertising to reach millions of people.

In which city should I meet up with you? I have a Super Saver Gold card valid at most No-Tell Motels worldwide if you don’t want to be seen with me at your 5-star places.

    P. S. Don’t tell Jane. You know how she gets.

Nay, nay, nice try but that will never happen.  No trips to the "No Tell Motel," with you, ever.

Ah, I see. You want your Randy Candy at the luxury hotel! Good plan, I’ll be right there.

Don't expect me to be there, luxury or not. Just leave me alone.

Wait, that leaves me to be alone with Jane S. Won’t you get jealous (again)?

Never, ever.  Good luck with getting Annie Oakley alone, she doesn't play around.

Don't get too comfortable on the outside. I've spent the last three nights 'discussing the investigation' with the detective and he seems to have accepted my story is more credible than yours. Now I m on my way to 'chat' with my dear friend,  the DA.

Gee, seems like a perfect reason to use thosefake passports I set aside for emergencies . . . hmmm, will it be South America or the Mediterranean or Asia this time? Grrrrrrrrr.

Don't let him hook you in going to the Mediterranean, nice offer but you know how he is.

After what happened in Asia, his offers are not at all tempting.

I know and South America is full of cartels, not very good choices.  The Mediterranean has pirates, he must have some coupons for bare bones tours and a tent on the beaches. Did he really think I'd fall for that?  HA, not in this lifetime.

The evidence is compelling. Who else leaves tilde-shaped footprints?

Really?  I missed that altogether, he won't be hard to track by a professional.
