    That home is too cute to sell, especially to Randy D. Don't want him knowing where I live, he doesn't take NO for an answer.  Randy doesn't understand that No means NO! That's why he has so many restraining orders against him, including mine.

    Oops, I read this question when I first woke up this morning.  Got it all messed up in my mind, still trying figure out just what I was thinking.  oopsie.  :  )  One part I was buying his house the other he was buying mine....hummmm...Ole lady card on this one. Yikes!

    If he doesn't insist on a home inspection he can have it cheap. It's riddled with termites and the wiring is not up to code. I don't know if it's going to fall down or burn down first. Also, I'm feuding with the neighbors and foisting Randy on them would make me happy. And foisting them on Randy is even better.
