    Although I think they are cute, I rarely use a tilde. I don't dislike any of them.

    I very rarely use the #.   I don't often use the ~ either; people sometimes ask me what it means.  I just refer them Randall.

    I rarely use an asterisk. But there is no punctuation mark that I dislike among those used in the English language.
