    I'm not a fan. I qualify.

    A couple of songs are okay, I guess, but none of them come close to anything I've heard from Carly Simon.

    I remember Swift's "Blank Space" was the first song I heard of hers that I sort of liked.

    Then I remember sharing with a group of people that I liked her new song "Wild Streams."
    A Swiftie said, " No, the song is 'Wildest Dreams.' "

    I still laugh about that.


    OMG!! Wait!! The latest news!!! Swift went to a football game!! Again!  Every weekend the same Breaking News!

    Based on what I've heard of her pop music, I might do well to check out her country music.

    Welby's malapropism reminds me it was quite a while before I twigged that Jimi Hendrix wanted "to kiss the sky", not a bloke!

    And a friend confessed he was baffled why Police were signing about the TV news-reader Sue Lawley... until he realised it was "so lonely".

    While back in the Swifti epoch, my nickname for Dua Lipa is "Two Beers". Why? Move the letter "L" to the other side of the space. And no, I would not know any of her warblings either.
