Modding on political grounds is now being tolerated, apparently. Give me a good reason not to leave for the duration of the current term.

    Leaving for the duration of the current term would mean there would be no reason to return at all.

    * I enjoy your sense of humour.

    * I enjoy your music tastes and your musical input on the site.

    * As a US citizen, it's helpful to me and enlightening to me to hear others' input/thoughts about the US who are from other countries.

    * I appreciated reading a list you recently posted about many actions and words that President Trump chose to use in past years/days. So many of them are the exact same things I noticed when he did them and I admit they really bother me about him. I find them very, very difficult to excuse or minimize -- especially from a president.

    * I enjoy your fine arts input.

    * I'm always grateful that you introduced me to Icehouse and Amira Willighagen - - I am open to possibly even more introductions in the next four years

    * It's just my thought but I ask that you consider not giving the current president that much power that you choose to stay away from the site.

    * I hope you stay.

    No one is moderated on political grounds.  If that were the case, very few political posts would survive.  

    I would like you to stay.  I enjoy hearing what the other side of the aisle has to say.

    Tolerated by whom? If you leave, there is one less voice of reason. It can be difficult to navigate around the various rationalizations for moderation, but I think you are up for the challenge.
