Did you hear about Musk’s first mission?

Trump said he told Musk to go get the 2 US astronauts on the International space station. Trump claims they were abandoned by the Biden administration - even though NASA has said for months it plans to bring them home soon. Trump nor Musk own the International Space Station so I think it is a bit uppity of them to say they are sending Musk to the rescue. Musk just had one of he’s rockets blowup so I don’t think they should rush into it.

Going to add that I thing Musk is the A - SA in NASA. Cheers!

    Ok this is what I found. You are correct. (I corrected the image above..as best I could)

    The 2015 case was just a civil suit with 1 plaintiff, Andrew Brigida. 

    That case filed to become a class action case in 2019 with multiple plantiffs, yes Andrew Brigida is one of them. 

    That was given the go ahead by the Judge in 2022. 
    The case is in discovery phase at this point.
