He is not anti vaxx.  He wants to look at the possible side effects of vaccines. (His voice sounds like that because of a vaccine)
Added ****(I cannot find this at the moment....)

Make him submit for a drug test regularly.  (Shouldn't they all?)

Is being medical Dr required to be HHS Sec?
    Evidently, not.

Biden's Sec (Lawyer,  no medical experience at all), Trump's 2nd not a Dr either (Lawyer, Pharmacy guy),
Trump's first was a Dr, Obama's 2 also not Dr's., Bush W's 2 also not Drs. (Lawyer and real estate)

Most common "qualification" outside of politician is being a lawyer.

I will take RFKJ for this HHS.

Odd... he claims his voice is that way form having spasmodic dysphonia, and that it wasnt from a vaccine.

Medical science has not identified a cause for spasmodic dysphonia. We should be thankful that MAGA discovered the cause.

I cannot find it anymore.  I read it somewhere but it has been a year or so.
And I really don't care enough to look that hard but if I come across it again I will post it.

Looks don't disqualify a person from a job (except, perhaps, for being a model).  However, the man is a complete whack-job (his own words confirm that).   Then again, so are nearly all most of trump's appointees.

I agree that he is not fit for the position – but I have to feel a little bit sorry for him. I could of got a brain worm when I ate a raw slug (slugs can carry parasite worms that can migrate to the brain). Actually I don’t feel sorry for him at all – he had a lot of advantages growing up but he still turned into a junkie. He is even against polio vaccines – that's pretty whacko, Cheers!

I don't think he is in any way qualified to head HHS.  Every medication/vaccine has side effects.  The question is whether those side effects are more dangerous than the disease they're meant to cure.  Diseases that were made non-existent due to vaccines are now cropping back up since all this anti-vax nonsense has appeared.

As far as how old he looks, drugs take a heavy toll on appearance.  Having said that, take a look at Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg.  She's 67 years old and looks like she's 80.

His major qualifications are his ability to tell lies, including under oath, and to flip flop on positions and party affiliation. That makes him ideal for Trump's Cabinet.

He has all the qualifications for which Trump looks plus his fealty to Trump.

Yet. RFKJ is the 2nd most liked politician in the country behind Trump.

If you combine the 2, then could make a case that RFKJ is most popular....

That is a short list of politicians, so we can't really draw any conclusion about his popularity overall. And when we take into account how many polls are conducted, that conclusion becomes even less meaningful. This is not an argument or opinion on RFK, just a critique of your analysis.

I did not choose the names.  Gallup did the poll.

Why would I think you chose the names? You can't consider him the second most popular in the country unless he is on a list of all the politicians in the country or at least more than a handful. That list also says Trump is the third most disliked political figure on the list.

Who do you think they left out that should have been on the list?

I'm not going there. It does not matter. You are either missing the point or trying to troll me.

So you do you think would have polled higher in a national poll?

Just trying to get an answer to the question.
What politician should Gallop have asked about who possibly would have polled higher in a national poll?

Of course not, but given that the US Health and Human Services department is in charge of absolutely nothing other than making insurance companies richer, I hardly think it matters. If you're planning on getting sick, move to Canada.
