When is a war not horrific?

When Donald J Trump claims it is a beautiful war – that’s when.

During an interview Trump talked about the 5 “beautiful wars” he ended.

He didn’t end any of those wars and what the H-E -Double Hockey Sticks was he talking about when he called a war beautiful ?

    I wouldn't call wars  'beautiful ', but sometimes they are fought for a righteous cause, like the American War for Independence.  What would the US be without it? Actually,  we'd be Canada and that looks pretty good right now. :) :)

    Some wars are fought for righteous reasons but they are always horrific. I have probably been to 50 Remembrance day ceremonies in my free life but never heard the word beautiful used to describe a war. When Trump was ranting about the 5 beautiful wars (he might of even used the words “5 big beautiful wars”) he said it in the same tone of voice as he did when he talked about his big beautiful wall or all the other times he used the word beautiful in his BS rants. I think Trump used the word beautiful when he was talking about the 5 wars he settled – was because he thinks “he” settled them and that’s beautiful in his delusional mind (Trump didn't end any wars). Cheers!

    He is also in cognitive decline. He just declared he would lower drug prices by 1000% or more. I can't wait.

    If he had any self-awareness, he would realize what a fool he is.  He just pulls numbers out of his lowest porthole and expects everyone to believe they're accurate.

    Yeah there is definitely something wrong with him. You mentioned that you wonder what America would be like if the war of Independence was never fought. Maybe it would be a beautiful thing - because you would probably have a constitutional monarchy and a parliamentary democracy – which would of had a no confidence vote and remove Trump from office. Cheers!
