What is an article of clothing you like to wear not for its practicality but for how it makes you feel?

I have nothing coming to mind on this.  I suppose I feel fat if I put on an article of clothing that is tighter than it has ever been before.  

I like to wear my brown high-tops Van shoes.

I truly feel very good wearing them --  they do look good and they're my favorite color.

And how could I have forgotten?

Wearing this T-shirt with my favorite cartoon character Daffy Duck always inspires me that I can do it! (Since a young boy, I always admired Daffy being okay with himself and confident. Of course, Daffy had some challenging times, too, ha. Even then, he was always very funny and cool to me.)



                          

Here I am again!

I have this T-shirt (and several other T-shirts and authentic memorabilia ) on the TV show "American Gothic" that I LOVED (still do). And the show was cancelled before its first season even ended. To me, wearing the shirt just affirms my good taste as opposed to so many others who missed a great show. :)

[I believe there is another  more-recent show with the same name but this one is from 1995.]
