Anybody with me on my preference here?



I more enjoy cake when there is not a lot of frosting on it.   :)

    I love cake (as my waistline will attest).  However, I prefer the frosting to be THICK!  I also prefer to make my cakes and frosting from scratch.

    I can send your way any excess (to me) frosting I spot in the world.

    But, for sure, from-scratch cake and from-scratch frosting are great!

    I've been experimenting with putting marshmallows into my frosting (still trying to find the exact ratio where it wont slide off the cake without refrigeration).  While the concoction is delicious, it's so sweet that it's sickening.
