    It's been one sucky day for me - 

     

    Had my mom's funeral @ 9:30 am. (thanks to powerful thunderstorms, the dry cemetery turned into a churning ocean within 10 minutes.  Lightning was cool.)

    Followed by the celebration of life (sucks being an empath!)

    Then had to deal with relatives and siblings for several hours (no place for a super shy introvert).



    So glad it's finally over!!!!

    Sorry you lost your mom.  Did you lose someone else not too long ago?  My mom is 93 but will have a birthday soon.  She lives in a very loving and fun care home.  .  I go over and hang out with her a few times per week.
