    When I played physical games, I tended to avoid those that played rough.
    Not because I was afraid, but because I has a terrible temper and could not separate "just part of the game" with a personal attack.

    Most of the time I will ignore. But once awhile I will make exceptions and tell people my take on a situation. In these cases I do not care how personal they get. I will keep my temper and stick to my reality, and let them know I don't take crap. Luckily I don't get these snaps that much, but a sure trigger will be if I see bullying people having fun on the costs of someone not taking part in their banter. I will react rough too if I feel unfair treating by others, especially people I value. I don't have many triggers but that one is sure one. Hmm.

    In my younger days I gave as good as I got or gooder/better (take your pick). Now I don't have the energy or desire to engage so I don't. I leave it to you young-uns!  Thank you for your reply SH! :)
