     You are what you are m'dear and whom you are. Nothing wrong with that. Are you among the second amendment strong folks who threatened to protest, guns in hand, if PET had lost? Are are you among the second amendment strong folks who would show up at polling places, guns in hand, to intimidate voters per the exhortations of PET? Would you use your guns against your fellow citizens simply because your political ideology is different?  You have a right to do all of that. Thank you for your reply GJ and Happy Friday! :)

  • I'm pro gun and believe in responsible effective controls to keep them out of the hands of criminals and terrorists. I think the NRA and the Anti-gun folks got it all wrong and are using the issue as a tool for their own gains.

    No one ever knows I have my firearm and I don't go bragging about it in public with public demonstrations. I have mine because of the type of persons who support Trump. Not all, but there are a segment of these people that are pure scum of the earth. I would not hesitate to use mine to protect myself, family, or loved ones.  Anyone who has the mindset that they will use their firearm to intimidate or threaten and to use it proactively against another human in the US are the exactly type of person who should definitely NOT have one.

    With that all said...I stocked up on my 44 and 9mm rounds long before the election. I mind my business, live in a very rural area and with all the bears and such, It's prudent and smart to have protection for that aspect alone.

    Polls told us Hillary would win.  I think you of all people would finally learn to distrust polls.  Some people never learn.

    Polls, even IF accurate, would not sway Trump from anything Trump thinks he knows best on.  Especially after this.  All we will hear about for the next 4 years is how right and powerful he is.  He knows better than the polls.  He has proof. Look where he landed. 

    I wish he would land on someone's spit.  And I don't mean saliva either.

  • Yes he has, there's no denying that. But he never said he was going to take away guns. He's a big supporter of gun rights.
