Find the right niche and you to can be riche. Did you and are you or are you still in the process of finding one?

There is a deputy sheriff in my area who started out in the early 80's with one house for rent. Then he added more as the bank would loan. Soon he was a big landlord. These days, he IS STILL A DEPUTY SHERIFF, but has 400 rental units! He has a crew of employees running his business, while he works as a deputy. I heard that he is retiring this year. Can you imagine how much 400 units must pay him?  Donald Trump would be impressed.
