Now go sit in the corner, young lady! The rest of us will enjoy my home made potato salad. You take the liver. I'll keep the Chianti though. :D

Corned beef.  Tastes like bad ham to me.  I do NOT get the lure.

@gcg -- The main problem with lima beans is not the flavor (they're relatively flavorless), but the texture.

My ex-wife dislikes almost all edible beans for that reason. I'm OK with other most other beans, but lima beans are (to my palette) particularly slimy and pasty.

  • I'm not much of a good nazi... but with sprouts I'll make an exception ... just don't

Andouilette is pretty bad too from what I've heard. It's a French sausage made from pig anuses.

@og256 -- I am 99% in agreement with you. BUT, one time my mother grew them in her own garden, harvested them fresh, and sauteed them in butter and garlic (it was part of her Thanksgiving dinner presentation, IIRC). They were actually GOOD. I asked for more of them.

But, yes, every OTHER time I've had Brussels sprouts, they were nasty.
