  • It is anyway, isn't it. It's a depressing sight, realising that your nearest and dearest haven't got a clue about you and what the hell were they thinking.
    I've shunned receiving presents in recent years purely because of this.

    No.  It is the second day of Christmastide and St. Stevens day.    Another mugger mentioned boxing day but I know of no one in America who observes boxing day.  Of course, I don't know every single person either.

  • ahem.. i was being cheeky.. I am a Brit WE call it Boxing day.. i was being witty, humourous, cheeky a cheeky poke in the side in friendly humour.. How i denoted that i was being silly and teasing was that i put the poking out tongue symbol. So sorry you dint get that..  So just to clarify it's called Boxing day here and has been for hundreds of years.
