I don't even know any songs from the 90s. Ask about the 60s and 70s

Technically from the end of the 80's, but it is 90's in spirit.

  • An impossible question you mean person you!  :)

Take anything from here and it'll do.  If you want to find specific pieces then there's a list on the YouTube page.

I went to see Cher live in Manchester in 1999, WW. She sang "Believe" as an encore. The song was only a year old then. She sang a lot of her older hits like "Gypsies Tramps And Thieves", "Half Breed", "Dark Lady", "Take Me Home", "I Found Someone", "If I Could Turn Back Time", "Just Like Jesse James" and "The Shoop Shoop Song". There was only one thing wrong with the show - it wasn't long enough. She was only onstage for 90 minutes, if even that long. I'm sure she could have performed an extra hour and sang some of her best album tracks as well as singles she didn't sing (like "Heart Of Stone"), just to give us more VFM.

  • Yeah,
That brings back some unwelcome memories.
That's the good thing about good new music, there are no memories attached to them yet. Know what I mean?
I had a friend, Eduardo, I'd go see him perform his drag act, this is the song he'd use to come in to also.
Im sure you can imagine the level of flamboyance just by listening to the song.  )

I don't know about naming just one, but the following are strong contenders:
