    They are excellent in the capacity of making you your best.   You can learn to be better looking, more professional, have a better house, attitude and just open mind if you take their nits with a grain of salt, yet hear their message and act accordingly.  If they tell you your shirt is wrinkled or you smell like onions, don't be pissed, iron and brush your teeth.  It's all good.  Let your ego take a nap and let your awareness of their irritating message enter your consciousness and learn from that message.  After all, that pearl necklace was not created without irritants to make it shine.
