When was the last time you were on the telephone speaking with someone who was driving an automobile? Did you make the phone call or did you receive the phone call?

Just today I initiated a call on my cell while I was driving.

Yesterday.  My husband called me while he was driving.  But he has Blue Tooth, so it was safe.

Last night I received a call from someone driving a car in another country.  That's magic......................................:)

I hardly make phone calls.  Me driving and calling is never going to happen.

I would have to opt for the latter.

I don't own a mobile.

I call landlines by preference.

If there's no alternative, I'll call a mobile. The first question I ask is, "are you driving?" If the answer is yes, I ask to speak to them later, even if they protest that they have a hands-free device. My next question if they're not driving is, "Is this a good time for you to talk?"

someone gave me their number to call about some nanny job and when i called they were driving so i said id call back later
