There isn't much difference if any, it seems like he talks before he thinks it over not realizing the whole world is listening and not realizing the consequences if any. Time will tell what it all means, lets hope it's ok.
I totally love you TomThumb - you hit the nail on the head... someone elsewhere said they admired his quick thinking.. yes sure quick but he speaks without thought and without wisdom.. this is why most of the rest of the world hates him and thinks he's at best a joke and at worse dangerous to the US we SEE and HEAR him.. that's enough to hate him..
Trump does think before he talks. He's just much much cleverer than you and you can't see his strategy.
For years the right pandered to the left, terrified of being misunderstood. Trump understands that the left is just completely irrelevant.
Annoying the left is deliberate. He's trolling. He is baiting the left to show who they really are. The more angry the left becomes, the more its true face is revealed. He cut through the left's phony, virtue signalling pretense of being loving and kind and exposed its viciousness. Very quickly he had the left reduced to just pure smear campaign without any positive message while he campaigned on a message of hope. That's why he won. The man is a political genius.

The man loses by 2.5 million votes (and pulls out an EC victory by about 40,000 votes across 3 key states) against the weakest Democratic candidate since Michael Dukakis...and he's a "political genius"
To snatch victory while swimming upstream against the full force of the establishment is an incredible achievement.
I just couldn't give a sh*t whether he won by one vote or 20 million. Winning is the only thing that counts. This is a war for the future of humanity and a win is a win.

I have not moved the goalposts. You just made a blinkered, shallow argument that completely failed to take entirely relevant factors into account. You act as if the margin of victory is the only relevant factor. You act as if elections are fair (LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
You offered Trump's EC only victory as evidence that he is unremarkable, not a genius. I'm making a direct counter argument that such a victory is remarkable when media bias, establishment GOP treachery, vote fraud etc etc is taken into account.
Normally a right wing politician wins elections by diluting their message and pandering to the establishment for money and positive press like a little b*tch. Trump was able to win without kneeling to those ****s. That's genius.

Rather, you see TEH STOOPID EBIL COMMIE LIBRUHL DEMOCRAPS as an existential threat, and you are projecting your hopes that Trump will "defeat" TEH STOOPID EBIL COMMIE LIBRUHL DEMOCRAPS. You don't actually care about methodology.
This indicates you are ignorant and paranoid in addition to your Dunning-Kruger disease, not to mention a SHMUCKING SHYMPOCRITE with your appeal to lack of fairness. Unless I now have license to come to your house, physicaly assualt you, and steal all your property, STFU about "fairness." After all, crime isn't "fair" either, so if my griping about unfair elections is off limits, so is your griping about someone violating the law and victimizing you.
No, I said I didn't care what the margin of victory was. I view it as a greater achievement for someone on the anti establishment right wing to win by a small margin than a pandering wimp to win by a big margin. To me, political genius is measured by how effectively a politician suppresses and dominates the left.

Media bias and the GOP establishment working against him are self evident. Vote fraud organisations are building a case as we have previously discussed on other threads. It's an ongoing investigation so we can revisit that later.
It's not hypocritical for both sides of a political argument to appeal to fairness. Fairness is one of those words that means different things to different people. Deciding what fairness is and tackling the practically impossible task of implementing it, is what politics is all about.
