No body camera required for the officer. Sounds like the man did as you are supposed to and informed the officer of his conceal carry weapon. But the officer still thought he was going for his gun instead of his driver's license.

Very upsetting. The live stream is in link above.

I couldn't get the sound on the video.  However, this one is disturbing.  Without the sound no way to know if the officer instructed him to stop when he was getting his ID.  Either way, very disturbing.

She did not start live streaming until after the shooting, wish she would have started when they were pulled over....  But she did say to the cop on the video that he was reaching for his license like you asked him to and then you shot him 4 times. The officer did not argue with her when she said it to Facebook.

  • lol what do you mean? Back in the old days of executions people used to bring picnic baskets because it was said to be a family outing. Executions were a big thing, fun for the whole family! I am of course being sarcastic with that last bit but we have come a long way since public executions and having picnics. Where now it is practiced in other countries and we see it as barbaric.

Meaning he did not respond to her statement saying he shot him when he was getting his license that the officer asked for.
