We ate it a lot when I was a kid...it was cheap. I had some about a year ago. It was so salty we couldn't eat it and tossed it out.

Spam was a hero during WW2. It was just about the only fresh meat a soldier could get in combat conditions. My father introduced it to us. In fact, I bought a couple of cans last week.(25% less sodium) I make it into sandwiches. Tasty!

Hey you guys stop putting Spam down! There were several items that had a direct impact on who won World War 2 ------- 1. The invention of the atomic bomb.     2. The creation of the P-51 Mustang fighter aircraft.  3. Spam.

Apparently, you have to get to Mana Bu's early (they open at 6:30 a.m.). People line up and buy out the inventory rather quickly.

In the olden days we ate plenty of spam; Fried spam sandwiches, spam and eggs for breakfast or fried spam by itself.  Hummmm I probably would not like it now.
