Lotsa stuff. I put 'bout a cup full of oatmeal in a plastic bowl then add sugar, cinnamon, tumeric, thyme and rosemary. Also a small scoop of canned spinach and 5 stewed prunes then add hot water. When I am ready to eat about an hour later I microwave it for about two minutes then add milk and some kind of flake cereal. That is my supper which I do around 9 - 10 pm then bedtime.
Try this you are sure to like it, make it using milk not water, once it's in your bowl add a couple tbsps. of sour cream and add thawed frozen strawberries over the top delicious.
