I like out takes at the end of funny movies.

Thanks, those are great!  I also like the funny outtakes on serious/dramatic movies.

    Great answer!

Since we're discussing particular parts of a movie, I guess I don't need to extend a PLOT SPOILER!! -- but I will --

"PLOT SPOILER!! for director Zack Snyder's excellent remake of 'Dawn of the Dead' "

~ as the ending credits roll, living survivors are on a boat of one character who didn't make it.  Bits and slaps of plot continue on until the very end of the movie, along with the rolling credits. If someone left the movie immediately when the credits rolled, they'd miss out on the actual ending of the movie.

And they'd miss the great song "Down with the Sickness."

I find this technique very successful for this movie - - the idea of extending the plot while the ending credits roll on.

(And "I found Steve's camera" is heard - - Steve, "I run a tight ship," is the boat owner and he is dead by the time his camera is found.)

When I see a movie at the theatre, I like being seated before the opening credits begin and I don't budge until after the closing credits have finished entirely, to include special features like what you've posted above.

I'm the same way, Randy D.
    :)

And I enjoyed watching again, a couple of times, the closing credits to "Dawn of the Dead." I find it a "provoking-in-a-good-way" movie.

How did I miss this? Another song that plays over the ending credits is Jim Carroll's excellent "People Who Died." In fact, it plays first, way before "Down with the Sickness."

The Zucker/Abrahams/Zucker movies were great for "Easter eggs" in the credits...;-D...

    Examples from the movie "Airplane":

Worst Boy ... Adolf Hitler  ("Best Boy" is an actual credited movie production position)

Foreez ... A Jolly Good Fellow

In case of tornado ... Southwest corner of basement

Generally in charge of a lot of things ... Mike Finnell
