It was April, mid-week, and we took our dog walking beside the Nepean River. As soon as Honey (the dog) got close enough to see the water she was off and swimming. Mrs Didge and I thought it was a good idea and, since we had the area to ourselves, we followed her in, buck naked.
It's a known fact that as soon as you take your clothes off every man and his dog will turn up and that's exactly what happened. A young guy came paddling his canoe downriver with is dog in the prow. He stopped to talk for a while before moving on. But the next craft we saw was the Nepean Belle, a paddleboat on a luncheon cruise. She was so big that we had plenty of time to get dressed before she arrived.
It's all good fun.
And here's a picture I took of little Honey, that day. She was a great dog. Fortunately there had been recent rain and the river was muddy enough for camouflage.
And if Kat Dennings is coming over, hopefully neither of us will be wearing pants...;-D...
