Very Sad situation.
It is unimaginable to me that someone could be so evil as to sit atop a building and just pick people off at random, but it sounds like that is basically what happened. Will be interesting to see the facts surrounding this one.

The police force is not (MORE LIKE) as you say to ISIS. You say "that" institution. If you were not comparing them it wouldn't have gone into your mind.
My main point is they are not even close. I just don't feel like it's a correct comparison so we will have to agree to disagree on this one.
You're also presupposing 1,000 things about ISIS members which you could not possibly know,
We have all our knowledge of them today because we know what we know from studying other people and their behaviors and their culture and the way they treat their children and women. If you think I am incorrect please tell me about how I am incorrect and why you think so.
