What do you put in your tacos?

When I make them it's nothing special.

One of the best things I have ever tasted though where tacos made with tripe and beef tongue.

Beef, taco sauce, raw onion, cheese, lettuce, avocado, sour cream.

The best taco is a simple one consisting of a small corn tortilla, carne asada, cilantro, onions, and salsa verde :)

I don't particularly like tacos and never eat the corn ones.  I have had soft tacos with chicken or beef with cheese lettuce and maybe a little sour cream that were OK.  I prefer bean burritos to any kind of taco.  I enjoy quesadillas (not fried but grilled), fajitas, and authentic tamales.
