Back in the early days of movie making a young artist named Walt Disney came up with the idea of making animated movies. He approached (if I remember correctly) about 160 banks looking for finance. When he finally cracked it, it was with a banker who said, "I don't know anything about movies, Mr Disney, but your enthusiasm has sold me." How the heck do you keep up that enthusiasm after 160 rejections? Glad he made it.
