For you to ask that question all the cheerleaders you have seen must have looked like old ladies. *sigh*.

I didn't know you were a cheerleader too!  I was in middle school.  It was fun to flip around the court.

  • IDK,   rather look at scantily clad hotties doing kick lines than a bunch of 'roided out mutants playing a boring and slow ass game of football any day.

  • Are you trying to be rational, Oz? It's scantily clad hottie ass we're talking about here. Going for an hour and a half without would be barbaric.

  • I was mildly into it when I was a kid, but honestly?   It's a slow and boring game with to much stop and go.  Then all the Pro-wrestling style production and commentary.   The constant lawyering in the game.  Meh.

I loved cheerleading in grades 7 and 8.  Then in high school I made alternate and mother said we couldn't afford it.  It was expensive in high school and the alternate only got to cheer at games if someone was out but participated in everything else like parades, pep rallies, etc.  I was disappointed but I found other things to get involved in.  Then  the next year I was too busy to think about cheering any more.    Also, when I tried out in high school I forged my doctor's name on a form.  Boy did I get in a lot of trouble about that.  My knees were bad and he wouldn't say I could be a cheerleader.  So, I learned a few lessons during this time of my life.  Thank God I grew up when I did.  Today I would have probably gotten arrested.
