If you are talking about the land in NYC, nah. Not a large enough plot to build a golf course on. But, another posh condo development? Now that's a different story. It would more than fit in nicely with his RE portfolio.
What do I know from Manhattan real estate?? Golf course - condo.. Whatever he's gonna build on it, the bottom line is, he WANTS it, and I'll bet he GETS it..
Well, since you posted the question, it is only normal to assume you know where the building is and how much land is involved. Unless you think he will build a "put put" course. That might be doable in NYC but, it's certainly not The Don's style.
Although the bill was introduced not by President Trump but by Rep. Mike Rogers of Alabama. Lots of bills get introduced that never get acted upon. But if you want to get worked up about something before anything actually happens, be my guest.
That same bill has been seen each and every year for the last 20 years. Nothing unexpected. Maybe the President will sign it if it makes it that far. Thing is, it never has.
