Not MAYBE - REALLY.. The suit was filed the second the court house doors swung open.. I told you that he would be in violation of the Constitution on Jan 20, and he IS. Some muckety muck Washington lawyer AGREES with me, and is SUING him... He's not JUST a lawyer, by the way.. He was the CHIEF ethics lawyer for George W. Bush..
Trump COULD have avoided this fight, but chose not to. I think he thinks he's ABOVE the law.. Well, we're gonna see, aren't we?
