Up till a few weeks ago I would say I was as stiff as an oak board. However, slipping on a patch of ice in the road I found something very interesting. This old body can flex in many ways at the same time. There was so much pain I could not tell were I injured myself. It all took one glorious split second. My son gave me an 8.0 and my neighbor gave me a 10 for ending up under my parked car. My other neighbor would have given me another ten. She said my language caused her to subtract points, it put a poor finale on a great performance was her words.
I can comfortably do an axe kick to 1.8 metres high, I can also take my right hand & reach up from under my left arm & cup my right hand on my left shoulder from behind, & vice versa... that takes flexibility, it also freaks people out.
