    Reorganize the police completely.

     1.  Build trust- Have the Police get to know their neighborhoods and people by name, patrolling  by foot.Setting new standards.

2.Increase  education of the Police in peace keeping; how to deescalate when there is a crisis.

    - Improve accessibility to mental health services

     - Improve family members  power of the mentally Ill and Mental Health Services for adults (right now the mentally ill can deny service)

-Change the prison system to include more humane rehabilitation services of criminals, to include counseling for all and education, and support services when they get out.

-Improve support services for all military (without authorizations that take a long time) such as housing, social workers for life, and supportive activities and counseling)

-Give more support to all Americans; student loan forgiveness and free colleges like Scandinavia, 5 week vacations to all citizens, and free parenting education to all parents.

    I'm having a pizza party!

Then I'm going to take a nap.

Then I'm going to dissolve Congress and after that I'm going to institute my own personal Secret Police.

Then I'm going to have some left over pizza.

Then I need to get down to business.  I have to go shopping so I look presidential.  I'll need a white Gadaffi hat, some mirrored sunglasses, and a white pant suit with some shiny white shoes and some official looking things to put on my white suit coat.

After that I'm going to get my hair done.  Then I'm going to get a manicure and pedicure and after that I'll do my make up.  After all, I have to look really good for that portrait that's going to be on the sides of buildings and hanging in every hotel room!

Yeah, I think I'll make a great leader, oh wait, there's a problem!  I just got my first condemnation from the UN!  How dare they!  I'll show them!

For starters, I'll have to move to the United States of America :D

That would be one hell of a commute.

    Hello again, JA:

It's NOT the substance that prevents prohibition from working.  It's the prohibition itself..  Therefore, the hard drugs need to be legalized too.  In my view, doing that would REDUCE heavy drug use, NOT increase it..  First off, legalizing them would allow addicts to come forward for treatment..  As it stands now, they risk arrest if they come forward.  Secondarily, I don't know a soul who's just chomping at the bit to try heroin just as soon as they legalize it..  I'll bet you don't either..  Everybody I know who WANTS to use heroin IS using heroin.

The ONLY truth the drug warriors ever told us is how bad addiction really is..  If they could, I believe MOST addicts would clean up.  If they didn't, then their drugs would be cheap enough so that they'd never have to rob to feed their habit again..  We've simply got to accept that there's a segment of our society that just want to stay loaded - drinkers included.  We can't change that by imprisoning people.

I'm over it now.  The other dictators just sent me congratulation cards for my very first UN resolution against me!  How sweet :)
