    What damage has he done? So far all he has done, is doing what has to be done, or do you want to wait until it is too late? good leaders think ahead, not wait, and hope someone else fixes it like the previous one did.

    Meanwhile he is destroying everything he touches Zack. How much will he successfully destroy before he is taken down/out by his own hubris? Will it be temporary or permanent.
