Not all are Mexicans. Many of them are, and they seem to be very competent in my area. They are paid well. As far as non-Mexicans? They can be just as competent; not all are ripoffs and some are very good workers. It's called being responsible enough to check out what you are hiring. If it is the City you are complaining about, complain TO them. This is just insulting for no reason. I wonder what your great job is that you do so well?????
