    I don't think him telling people to ignore the supreme court ruling is an impeachable act but the results stemming from people do so might be.

  • An official  can theoretically be impeached for just about anything.

    The Supreme Court would be the only court that can make that ruling.  If that were to pass, since it goes against the checks and balances in place, I believe it would be viewed as an impeachable offense.  Now, the impeachment process starts in Congress with both houses having to deliver the votes needed to do so.  With the Republicans in power, that might become a bit dicey but, as I stated before on a few threads here, I think the Republicans would love a reason to get rid of him and put Pence into the top spot.

  • I've kinda had a suspicion that getting Pence in was the only reason a lot of GOP's started supporting him in the first place.
