Discussion»Questions»Legal» Is there a limit to how many times courts can reverse one another? Halt/reinstate/halt/reinstate/halt/reinstate etcetera etcetera etcera?
Thanks Louie. So what happens if a head of state refuses to accept a SCOTUS decision? Has that ever happened? I'm gonna ask that question. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday! :)
Courts can reverse lower court decisions all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States. Whatever decision that court makes is final as there is no appeal process.
