Etcetera etcetera etcetera? Can it go to infinity and beyond forever?

No, it stops at the Supreme Court.

Thanks Louie. So what happens if a head of state refuses to accept a SCOTUS decision? Has that ever happened? I'm gonna ask that question. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday! :)

Courts can reverse lower court decisions all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States.  Whatever decision that court makes is final as there is no appeal process.

So the only decision you cannot appeal is one that SCOTUS hands down? Thank you for your reply Spunky and Happy Tuesday! :)

That's correct.  There is no appeal from the SCOTUS.
