If you get the flu and cough on your computer will it also contract the same virus?

No, nice idea but not really. In the same way we don't catch colds from cats etc... different viruses affect specific creatures and many are species specific. So the computer is a different species to humans :P 

That's not to say that some viruses can't mutate and cross species
