They say all great men, made lots of errors, and mistakes, before great things happened, most people who don't make mistakes, are the ones who don't do anything really worth while, what comes to mind is Obama always blamed others if anything went wrong (get my point?) Abraham Lincoln was fired from jobs, and was a failure in many things before he became President, so don't be so critical.
