Stepped up ICE raids going on daily. We're told it's only criminals who are being rounded up. How do they know?

If they have ALREADY identified the criminals among the illegals why weren't they locked up or deported before this? Something STINKS bigtime. And so it goes. :(

    I'd like to see their breakdown on removals and returns (voluntary), because those numbers are far different than Cato's.

    You question:  If they have ALREADY identified the criminals among the illegals why weren't they locked up or deported before this?

    Answer:  "Sanctuary states" such as Oregon refused to cooperate with ICE (or any federal law enforcement agency).  So they would arrest an illegal for a crime, but refuse to hold the illegal for ICE.  And if the illegal was convicted of a crime, that person served the sentence and was let go ... still without notifying ICE.

    It's not like the feds have the personnel to check every arrest and conviction, so they have to rely on states to notify them.
