Escape velocity for an Australian bush fly is 15 mph. If you're cycling on country roads and you don't want to swallow flies it's better to keep your speed above that.

Maybe that was the part I forgot when I crashed. The 15 to 199 mph part. I'm guessing that is with your body and not necessarily the handle bars. I do know that. It kind of comes naturally to do counter act the weight of the bike. But, when you go camping, you must be doing a lot of leaning! Giggles!! Good to know ALF :)
