Report them if you think they are violating TOS instead of making questions about them. It's way easier and also more fair towards the mods, as the poster (in the case it's inside of TOS, haven't seen what you're referring to).
How can you possibly mean this? Don't you find it captivating that celebrities attractive in the 70's and 80's are now decades older and not so attractive? Aren't you eager to try your knowledge at identifying TV and movie icons? And being able to correctly say what movie a still clip is from, you can that not be the highlight of your day?
I think he means the picture from the Upload pictures with the guy in panties. Can't say as I care much for them either. Are those what you mean Mr Bromide???

I think the OP should report them if they think it's a violation of TOS. It's pseudo if one doesn't want to report stuff but make public questions about the same. The feedback and report features are here for us to let JA know if we'd like her and her mods to have a look at something we believe violates TOS. Hmm.
Seeing the pic in your update of your comment, I think we have been told posting pics of people in only underwear will be a violation of TOS. Btw, the one posting the pic would likely be sure to have more positive feedback if they had posted it inside one of the groups for their specific fetish. Hmm.

Maybe they should. Anyway, it's better to report them than making this kind of questions. Furthermore making it an ultimatum. Reporting them only means JA will give them a look and decide if it's inside TOS or not. No big deal, unless someone wants to make it a big deal.

I'm still very partial to the classic handsomeness of Guy Pearce that I posted last year. He usually has been there in the left column somewhere pretty consistently. I'm glad he's there. He makes me smile. A lot.
