Are you *popular* on here?

LOL - I am, very,very very... erm NOT :P There are people here who I just know have their heart soar with glee whenever I post anything or reply to a comment - erm NOT. Never mind, here's a lovely song, the lyrics go, she's so popular... lol just like me, not! And there are some cool lines like war without tears  and kissing baboons in the jungle.. lol that reminded me of Trump, the organge oranugtang himself :P

    Good morning (it's almost 8:30 a.m. here) Daydream.  

    I actually never gave it any thought and I don't think I will now.  Popularity is something for the younger ones to worry about IMO.  I really don't care if anyone likes me or not.  I'm rereading this as I write and trying hard not to sound like a pompous jerk. I don't mean it to sound like that if that is how I'm coming across.  It's just never been something that's important to me.  I learned a long time ago there will be people I meet who won't like me and vice-versa.  It's just part of life and that's okay.

    I love that song BTW.  It's my favorite from Gabriel's solo career.

  • Coool answer Harry... just to reassure you the post was very tongue in cheek and I truly don't care whether I am popular or not - lol if I did I wouldn't be doing what I am doing, speaking out.. People who care about that sit quietly and don't take a lot of flack ...lol i have shed loads of flack :)

  • I agree with Harry. I'm too old to really worry or care about it. If you like me? Great! If not? I'll live with it. I don't worry any about popularity anymore. I just want to get along and enjoy myself.
