A vicious crime is committed. What possible difference does it make if the criminal is a US citizen or a non-citizen?

Why give vicious CITIZENS a break? Makes no sense to me. Treat them all alike. Deport the lot of them. Get them the heck out of our country. Keep us safe!   :)

Are you serious? Fun question right? Do we need help doing bad anymore than a boulder rolling downhill needs you to run behind and push? This post was edited by O-uknow at February 22, 2017 9:06 AM MST

Where are you going to deport this criminal to? The country of his ancestors?   Let us assume its a First Nations person (Native American) You going to deport him?

You cannot deport a criminal citizen.
For one thing what nation would agree to recieve them?
For another thing they were raised by and in the nation, deporting them would be like a mum leaving her baby in a dumpster. Running away from responsibility. This post was edited by JakobA the unAmerican. at February 22, 2017 5:41 PM MST
