Well, as we learned from Officer Casebolt in McKinney, TX, the most dangerous person to a cop is an unarmed young black woman dressed in very little.
Clearly, the Baton Rouge PD has learned that lesson, so they sent out their Retake Fallujah Cosplay Team to make sure...um, I'm not sure what....:-P....
That's right on. I looked it up this woman was told to get out of the road in front of the Baton Rouge Police Department Headquarters.
On the same day (not sure if it was the same time) members of the New Black Panther party and a bunch of other protesters blocked the entire roadway causing cops to close the road and move the crowd with riot police.
I wanted people to look at the image before reading about it.

What I want you to see how the officers are behaving and how she stands there in a peaceful manner. Why are they frightened at this woman? They are moving back and away. She is not armed, she has no weapon and look closely, she is holding one of the officers hand. What are they afraid of? What could this woman do to them, when they are completely geared up and she simply has a dress on?
Everyone was whispering knowing she is hard of hearing just to irritate her. She is moving closer to hear what they are saying.

Well, now that I know that the photo is (mostly) legit I would say it looks like an attractive, intelligent, well-educated young lady (I get that from her poise, the way she holds herself) dressed tastefully and appropriately for the hot weather facing off against a couple of law enforcement officers in full riot gear for some reason. Let me add that the officers are probably sweating to death under all that garb (boots are probably filled with sweat) and would rather be somewhere else, anywhere else in the world as they have no actual beef with the young lady.
But that's just a guess . . .
Why are they all geared up? Do you remember what protesters did to the city of Ferguson MO?

GCG.. that's a lot of speculating though because we don't know what happened afterwards to tell why she was arrested. A picture during the event doesn't change the fact that something may or may not have happened later. As I said it wasn't just her but that same day had New Black Panther Party and a few others. Who would really know unless it was caught on tape what she did or didn't do after the pic was taken???
Also in the picture she was alone, but at the same time she was part of the group that had already blocked the road, I would also say that's pretty illegal. Ambulances for one thing, the fire department is another not to mention being a general disruptive to other people trying to get to and from work or pick up their kids. Sorry but you can't block civilian services.
They had every right to arrest them if that's the case.
As for the cops acting "scared" of her in a dress, she's a protester. Cops are taught to go with caution and they are blamed for everything now even if someone was violent or not violent... so they have to be more careful. I would say most likely to approach with caution.
Generally speaking and not of the picture... just because a person looks harmless doesn't mean they are. That mindset could get one killed. Never underestimate anyone.
It isn't peaceful when they are blocking the road from civilian traffic. Not to mention it was in front of the police department headquarters to which it becomes almost dangerous to block both the police departments and roads. Not for the protesters or the cops safety but the civilians who acquire community services especially emergencies.

Well it seems they are reacting to something happening behind the woman.. So maybe there is a crowd behind the woman who ius starting to act in an aggressive manor and the officers are backing away to get back to their police formation for added protection..
I don't know.The farthest one away kind of looks like he's part of riverdance.
