  • I don't rely on junk food for stress relief. This can lead to eating disorders and obesity.
I prefer meditation, fishing, and lots of sex. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at February 25, 2017 6:38 AM MST

For stress, take B-100 vitamins or nutritional yeast. I always liked yeast in milk, but I drink very little milk now, so I take the pills even though yeast gives a better result.

When you sit, roll your hips forward so your back is straightened and you do not touch the backrest of your chair. You will notice an immediate improvement in breathing and alertness. You can stay awake through any boring show as long as you don't slip back into a slouch. A good deep breath and stress no longer exists.

  • Too simplistic. The stress is much deeper than this exercise will solve.

  • Boya!  Good to hear from you.  Things are ok.  Are you still at the Pit of Misery, Subway?

I work at McDonald's now, and sometimes a Subway one day a week.

I knew you sounded familiar, but I forgot it was because you worked at Subway!! :P I don't associate you with that place.

It's good to hear from you, too. And I'm glad things are ok. :) This post was edited by AG at March 3, 2017 7:51 AM MST

I don't usually eat when I'm stressed because I lose my appetite, but if I'm sick and all stuffed up I like to nibble on flaming hot cheetos to relieve the congestion.
